About the beers we offer
Martin is extremely proud of the ales he and his team keep at the pub. Kept in optimum condition for your enjoyment, he likes to keep a continually rotating stock of real ales so you’ll be surprised and delighted by what will be waiting to tantalise your taste-buds. Monday is the Real Ale Club! Well worth a trip down to your friendly local as the real ales are only £3.60 a pint!
Otter Bitter
Otter Bitter is a ‘session’ beer. A beer designed to slip down easily and refresh all parts of the body that need refreshing. High in taste and low in gravity makes Otter Bitter a long term friend.
Otter Bitter has great condition which adds to its flavour profile. Fruit notes and well balanced malty flavours are tinged with a hint of bitterness to make Otter Bitter a Devon beer of distinction.

Craft Beers On Tap

Beavertown Neck Oil
Any day, any time, easy drinking, go to IPA. This started life as a home-brew. We wanted to create a light, crisp, punchy, go to beer! A beer that you know you can pick up and appreciate or simply kick back, relax and oil your neck with (the name Neck Oil come’s from our founder, Logan, fondly remembering his Grandad stating that he was “off down the pub for a pint of neck oil”).
Extra pale base malts are used to keep it crisp and give the hops a great platform to dance on. Masses of hop additions during the whirlpool and a huge dose of dry hops make this a brilliantly ‘easy’ IPA
Brixton Reliance
This Pale Ale raises a glass to the art deco arches of Reliance Arcade where local cobblers and tailors still practice their crafts with skill and precision. Premium English Maris Otter barley provides the clean, crisp backdrop to bright hop flavours. Reliance proves that if you want the real deal, you have to make it by hand.
